This is the best dryer I have ever used. I have frizzy, thick, wavy hair but not in a good way! By wavy I mean a bunch of weird cowlicks. I've spent a lifetime being frustrated by not being able to replicate what my hair looks like at the salon at home. This dryer is the trick!! I just used it for the first time! My hair is smooth, soft, shiny and best of all straight! I didn't buy it from Amazon because of all the bad experiences with the warranty from other buyers. I bought it from Sephora for the 5 year warranty. It's more expensive but I felt with the five year warranty it was worth it. I've only had it one day, but feel it's one of the best beauty investments I've ever made!!

purchased this hairdrier after reading the reviews from Consumer Reports - rated in the top 2. I tried to find locally, but couldn't find any from this manufacturer...but was tired of NOISY, HEAVY hairdriers! This one works great, has multiple temperature settings and is quiet and light - with an extra long cord to boot. It is also very attractively styled. No regrets.

Amazing. I didn't know a good hairdryer could make such a difference. I broke down and shelled out for the T3 only after buying three cheaper hairdryers -- the first broke and the second two were unusable because the diffuser attachments were useless and blew my curly hair all over the place, making a mess of it. I finally decided it was time to invest in something better. I was prepared to be disappointed in the T3 (could a hairdryer really be worth that much money?), but am totally satisfied. It is lightweght, ergonomic, dries my hair in half the time and leaves it looking nicer. Best of all, the diffuser works great significantly improves the look of my curls.

One caveat: I shopped around and managed to get one of these for about $115. At that price, it's worth the money, but I would never cough up the $300 MSP for the thing.

I have mid-back length thick blonde hair which typically has the consistancy of cotton candy after I use a hair dryer...sticky and frizzy. After using the t3, this is no longer a problem. The next morning when I ran my brush through it, it didn't so much as snag.
As for the warranty issue, it should come as no surprise...almost every negative review is because of this. I would rather chance $100 without a warranty than pay $200 more for one. If my hair dryer blows up, I can buy a new one and still have spent less money.
